Privacy—What is the big deal?
1. You receive an e-mail message from someone you don’t know. You don’t reply and get of that web site or chat room.

2. Your friend is planning to meet a cyber pal at the mall. If there is no adult super vision you should not meet them.
3. A cyber pal asks for your address so that she can send you a party invitation. If you know the person the party is from you can give them your e-mail address. If later on that person sends you something that you don’t like then you ask them not to e-mail you again.
4. A Web site asks for your full name and date of birth in order to enter you in a sweepstakes. You don’t give it to them because they will have too much information about you. If you really want the sweepstakes then ask your parents for permission.
